Running Mums Australia is an Australian network for women and mums who run. Founded in 2013, RMA is a safe place for women to discuss running and connect with runners in their local community and around Australia. RMA exists to bring positive change and connection through the vehicle of running and improve the health and wellbeing of women and families in Australia.
