Products are exclusively available online through the website and shipped to the buyer. Products cannot be picked up in person. The products have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange policies which are listed below.

3.0 Security Policy
Running Mums Australia uses Paypal payment gateway for its financial transactions. Paypal processes online credit card transactions via the internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Paypal gateway are secured payments.
4.0 Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will attempt to send your goods usually within 1 working day, with the exception of preordered goods which can take up to four weeks to process and receive your order. 5.0 Refund Policy
Running Mums Australia are happy to work with you regarding issues over purchases of our merchandise. We only offer a refund if your goods are in new order with tags. If you need an exchange of a size, the postage back to us and return to you must be covered by you by sending a post paid envelope with your return for us to return the item to you. If you experience any issue with our product or service, please contact us as soon as possible. We ship Australia-wide by Australia Post. Delivery time and cost is dependant on the item chosen and the delivery address.
Our delivery partners take every precaution to deliver your gift with care and in a timely fashion. However, in the event that the goods have been damaged during the delivery process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, by emailing us at email@example.com
6.0 Shipping Policy
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from shipping. All items are sent with tracking for your peace of mind.
You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address.
