It’s time to plan to Move4Dignity this October!

Get your runners ready  and get ready to get  moving and help  Share the Dignity end period poverty. It’s time to Move4Dignity 2020!

Run4Dignity as we’ve known it is now included in the new Move4Dignity event, building up to a virtual exercise challenge that allows everyone to get involved no matter where you are in Australia and your favourite sport.

Over the past 2 years RMA has helped to partner with this event and we raised $64,925.90 in 2018 and $56,000.00 in 2019 totalling $120,925.00! These funds went into purchasing #PINKBOXES in places that needed it most for women and girls.

Running Mums currently  has 6 machines installed with another 4 planned and on their way to installation.

They are located at:

·         Women’s Legal Service,  SA

·         Vincentia High School,  NSW

·         Melton South Community Centre, VIC

·         Ulverstone Neighbourhood House, TAS

·         Anglicare Berri, SA

·         Gunnedah Family Support, NSW

For this years 2020 event you can take part by going for a run – which we here at Running Mums Australia love to do or, rolling out your yoga mat, or doing the sport you love — the choice is up to you.

Once registered you’ll have your own page where you can upload your photos, track your km’s travelled or hours spent doing physical activity. You will also have a link that you can share to fundraise for Share the Dignity if you choose to. If you raise $48 or more in the first 48 hours you will receive a free tee!

All participants will receive a 2020 medal along with being in the running for lots of fabulous prizes.

Entry: $25 Individual / $20 Team Members so kick start a team today and invite your running friends to join you this October.

Running Mums Australia members also have a special discount code that provides you with a 25% discount for members of the 2020 RMA member benefit program.

Please share your photos on your social pages too using #RMA #Move4Dignity.

Let’s make this year a bumper event as there are so many women and girls who need our help to manage their period with the dignity that they deserve.
